I lied. My real name isn’t Bas.

My full name is Basil Jackson. I’m a Philadelphia-native turned Philadelphia-transplant trying to help people live their best life.

I get paid to solve problems and optimize systems. Currently, I’m solving problems for Mantra Health, the leading digital mental healthcare clinic, designed for young adults.

When I’m not working for Mantra, I’m writing, speaking, and giving advice to others on how to live their best life. Right now, that means creating content for my own podcast, as well as a fortnightly newsletter. I also sometimes write blog articles and dabble in poetry.

When I’m not doing any of that, I’m daydreaming of returning to Paris.
